Root Cause Analysis + Custom Health Plan
This package includes a 90-min deep-dive Root Cause Analysis, a 90-min Health Consultation based on your personal Health Plan, a 6 weeks personalized Health Plan with nutrition, supplements and lifestyle recommendations for you based on your unique health concerns, needs and goals and a 45min Follow-Up Call half-way through to answer questions and discuss progress.
This program is for individuals who might don’t know where to start but are confident in their ability to implement a plan without any hand-holding or ongoing support. This is for you if you’re good at following a plan and staying consistent and motivated through the program and beyond.
The Holistic Kickstart Package is designed for individuals who wish to begin their healing journey with short-term support and a personal plan, without committing to several months of coaching. This programme includes a total of 3 calls (a 90-minute in-depth root cause analysis + a 90-minute health consultation to discuss your health plan + a 45-minute follow-up call to answer questions and discuss progress) PLUS a personal health plan with recommendations on diet, supplements, and lifestyle that you can implement independently.
It includes:
2x sessions of up to 90 minutes each, which include a root cause analysis and comprehensive health counselling;
