My Journey

I can relate to that, as I haven't always felt comfortable in my own body either.

I personally struggled with a range of symptoms that were all interconnected.

During my teenage years and early adulthood, I battled with various symptoms that were closely linked. I was constantly fighting with my weight, swinging between pointless crash diets and fast food. Seeing a nutritionist didn’t make things any better. In addition to my already low-carb diet, low-fat or "light" products were added, which were overly processed and contained not just little fat but also scarce nutrients, not to mention the sugar content.

All of this not only significantly damaged my gut and metabolism but also had an impact on my complexion.

Without further investigation, I was prescribed the pill to get my hormones under control. In hindsight, it turned out to be one of the most aggressive pills available at the time (fortunately, some European countries decided to ban it in 2013), which led to undesirable side effects such as mood swings and swollen legs, to name just a few. This all culminated in an emergency hospital admission and surgery at the age of 26, where I was diagnosed with PCOS. Fearing the reformation of cysts, I was advised to continue taking the pill. Two years later, during the preparations for my bar exam, I was rushed to the hospital again, this time due to ovarian torsion. Although I was told I could go home the next day, I intuitively insisted on staying another night because I felt unwell. Fortunately, this decision proved to be the only right one, as I was operated on again that same night due to internal bleeding.

This experience may sound traumatic, but it taught me to be grateful for my life and to always trust my intuition.

As a first step, I stopped taking the pill right after, a decision that felt like a heavy burden was lifted off me – and I began to feel like myself again. From there on, my focus was solely on recovery, meaning I started to nourish my weakened body with real foods to recover from the ordeal of the surgeries. This journey led me to delve deeper into nutrition and alternative healing methods, and as a result, I not only regained my health but also discovered a new zest for life.

For over two decades now, I have not only learned a great deal but also fully restored my health and reclaimed my sense of joy and quality of life - and the best part is that I have had no complaints or problems since then.

Now, I share my passion for health by supporting people on their individual healing journey.

I help people struggling with digestive issues, metabolic syndrome, and hormonal imbalances to improve their health.
